Tap the + icon on the home screen and follow the steps to set up your dog’s profile.

How do I get my vet records?

Go to Records, then Get My Records, and follow the steps.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings within the app, or by contacting us at [email protected]. We delete all your data, including pet profiles, medical records, chat history, and memories, within 30 days.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models outside of your account. Read our Privacy Policy for the details.
